QUEEN BEE - Pattern or Kit

Women Create Shop is a curated dropship marketplace that connects you directly with independent creators. Each item you purchase is shipped to you directly from the seller who made it — which means shipping times and methods can vary by product.

All items on Women Create are shipped directly by the individual sellers.

• In-Stock Items: Products listed as in-stock will typically ship within 3–5 business days of placing your order.
• Made-to-Order Items: Some products are handmade or custom-made just for you! These will ship based on the estimated lead time clearly listed on each product page.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Women Create with tracking details. Depending on your order, you may receive multiple shipping notifications if items come from different sellers.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Women Create and our sellers are no longer responsible for the shipment.

Women Create Shop is a curated dropship marketplace.  We work directly with our independent artists to facilitate any return or exchange requests.

Customers must request a return or exchange within 7 days of the order being marked as fulfilled. Items must be returned within 14 days of fulfillment to be eligible.

How to Request a Return or Exchange: Email us at hello@womencreateshop.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, Women Create will provide the return shipping address for the seller.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include original packaging
• Be returned directly to the seller

Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.  Items damaged in return transit are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Final Sale Items: The following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and will be clearly marked as final sale on the product page:

• Food items
• Apothecary goods
• Furniture & lighting
• Gift cards
• Items marked “sale”
• All international orders

Refunds
Refunds (minus shipping and applicable restocking fees) will be processed within 15 days of the seller receiving the return. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Women Create and our vendors are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
