Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Women Create Shop

 

Women Create is proud to be a curated dropship marketplace, supporting independent creators and small businesses. To ensure a positive experience for both customers and vendors, we maintain the following return and exchange policy — which all participating sellers are required to follow.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Request Window:

    Customers must request a return or exchange within 7 days of the order being marked as fulfilled.

    Items must be returned within 14 days of fulfillment to be eligible.

  • How to Request a Return or Exchange:

    Email us at hello@womencreateshop.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, Women Create will provide the return shipping address for the seller.

      • Be unused and in original condition

      • Include original packaging

      • Be returned directly to the seller

  • Return Shipping Responsibility:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

    Items damaged in return transit are not eligible for refund or exchange.


Final Sale Items

The following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and will be clearly marked as final sale on the product page:

  • Food items

  • Apothecary goods

  • Furniture & lighting

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “sale”

  • All international orders


Refunds

  • Refunds (minus shipping and applicable restocking fees) will be processed within 15 days of the seller receiving the return.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Women Create and our vendors are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
